Bondage pose:
1 -Standing between 2 trees or vertical objects you attach your ice locks to, arms and legs like a cross.
2 -Standing on your hands and knees with arms and legs sequred straight forward and backward.
3 -Lying on the ground on your belly, arms and legs like a cross.
4 -Lying on the ground on your back, arms and legs like a cross.
5 -Sitting on a bench, feet and hands separated to the sides maximally.
6 -Standing bent over at the waist, legs wide apart, arms stretched out together maximally forward or to the sides.

Pick a pose using a dice roll, 1-6. The pose is necessary to know in advance before picking the secret place. You may pick out the best place to stay in bondage, when knowing which pose you will be forced to hold.

Secret place:
Then pick a place: A spot in public, where someone who takes only the normal path can't walk into you, or even lay eyes on you. Only way to find you will be to walk off main road.



Ice locks:
Make and use 4 ice locks, 1 for each ankle and 1 for each wrist. Use a small bucket as your ice mold; small ice cubes take way too little time to melt in the hot weather.

Making ice locks:
Put a block of ice inside a sock or stocking, then pull the open end of the sock through a narrow metal ring (much smaller than the ice block but big enough to let the empty sock through easily). The metal ring is tied to a solid object in the spot you picked for your bondage pose. Tie the open end of the sock to a rope (or wrist cuff or ankle cuff) already tied around your ankle or
wrist, you can also lock it to your wrist or ankle cuff with a small padlock, with the key safely kept at home of course.

You will pick one of them by random just before you leave without knowing what's in it, and use all of those objects in your self bondage adventure when you arrive at your bondage spot.

Time to go:
When it's time, preferably in the early morning before people are out, go to your public place, pick out your spot, then go to a place about a minutes walk away and undress, hide your clothes, then only pick your mystery black bag and the ice locks with you. Then go back to the place you picked and open the mystery black bag. Get all the objects from it and prepare yourself with them. When ready, attach your locks to the solid objects and then your ankles and lastly your wrist cuffs to the last 2 ice locks. Then wait! And enjoy!
