Default Bondage Extreme exercise

Hey all,

I know this is kind of specific but i'd like some dares to give me a good set of abs which are also very kinky.

My favourite exercise is the hollow body hold or the 6 inch hold. i'd love to stay in this position for a good amount of time with extra bondage and kink added. If anyone has any ideas that would be amazing. Help me to build a good set of abs.

To modify the hollow body hold:

You need:
4 pieces of rope
4 clothes pegs modified (http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Mnn9cRWUu4...h/Clamps30.jpg)
To screw in eyes

1. Attach the 4 pegs to each piece of string.
2. Attach two eyelets to ceiling about a meter apart
3. Thread the string through eyes
4. A line yourself under the eyes the string through the eyes above your knees you tie to your big toes the string through the eye above your head is attached to your index finger (spend some time making sure these are the right length.
5. When ready attach the lower pegs to your labia and the upper to your nips
6. Hold the pose for your agreed time.

The challenge is after the preset agreed time you have to have enough left in the bank bring it come into a crunch to release the pegs... fail and they rip off.

Do a series of leg pull-ins while wearing your butt plug

do a series of lunges while having clothpins tied to fixed object (door knob, radiator, anything) having it clameped on nipples, dont step forward but make it reversed

do a series of air bicycle crunches with vibrator in your pussy

do 3 series of each (1 min per series, 30 sec betwean for set up)

4th series will l be little harder and done 2 min or how long you endure

leg pull ins - sit on table or bench so it is more pressure on plug

lunges - add clothpin on clit as well

air bike crunches - vibrator on max, do it until you orgasm
