Mild Dares to get Back in the Swing (F/22)

I am looking for some relatively minor dares to get back into the swing of things. I am currently 1 month post-partum, I had a c-section. I want dares that don't need my constant dedication for long periods of time. (Piss holding for hours is okay, but something like spanking for 20+ minutes is not). Be fairly gentle but not completely weak!

Heres something simple to start. For one week you need 5 different people's permission to pee. One must be your daddy. One must be me. One other then me or your daddy must be male. The rest have to be females.

For 1 week (or longer if your daddy dom wants) roll a dice each morning. The number on the dice is the number of items of clothing you are allowed to wear that day. If you need to leave your house, shoes may be excluded from the number and a coat may be worn if weather demands (these exclusions may be at the discretion of your daddy dom).
