I'm up to play with a few changes, if anyone wants to:

I do have some modifications to the rules for risky rolls though, for people who don't like face and also some improvements, specifically for 1 on 1

1) each round every player will roll a 6 side dice
2) player with highest dice roll is winner for this round, if two player have same highest number they both roll again to see who wins this round
3) winner of the round has two choices
a) he can order an other player to wank as fast as he can for 30 seconds
b) he can take risk roll with a 12 side dice

results for rolls:
1) very bad roll; the roller has to strip naked and stay naked till end of game. If already naked he has to wank 1 minute as fast as he can
2) bad roll: the roller has to wank 30 seconds as fast as he can, dickhead must peak out of the underwear during that time if not already naked
3) he can order another player to wank 1 minute as fast as he can
4) he can order another player to flash dick 5 seconds
5) he can give another player the choice to flash face 5 seconds or perform a quick task (no more than 15 seconds)
6) he can order another player to get naked and stay naked for next round. If all players are naked, he can order another player to wank for 30 seconds as fast as he can.
7) he can order another player to get naked and stay naked till end of game. If already naked, can assign a task that lasts to end of game (wank, etc.)
8) he can order another player to wank from now on also when the roller has to wank
9) he can give another player the choice to show face from now on or do a task that applies until the end of the game
10) he can order all other player to wank now 1 minute as fast as they can
11) he can order all other players to wank now 1 minutes as fast as they can with dicks visible.
12) free card: for next 3 rounds has not to wank, no matter what is rolled.

Then next round starts

As already mentioned aim is to not cum, so game ends when all players except one had cum.

Players who cum have to go on his knees hands behind head, face full visible and stay so till game ends.
First player who cums has also to eat his cum.
Last player to cum wins (applies to groups only obviously)

Standard price for winning: he can inspect all losers on cam for 3 minutes, but open to other prizes as well.
