Find a sort of bucket (a plastic bottle with the upper part cut away could be good), tie three pieces of twine to it (you can do three holes near the hem of the bucket and knot there the twines), bind a clothespin at each twine end, leave the twines long enough that you can hang the bucket between your legs applying the clothespins at your labia and clit.
