Hey! I need to be punished because I was going to stay in denial until I lost the weight I gained (four kilograms) but I only lost one kilogram in one month because I was a lazy cunt with no self control. Attach a rope between your nipples using clamps/clothespins.
Attach another rope to the middle of this rope.

I will do this Sir thank you, and I will report when done. However I only have 1.5 kg dumbells - is it OK if I do 2 repetitions of 1.5 kg? Since total has to be 3?
