CuriousTommy loses

Loser describes a reason they should be punished and chooses/offers their implements. Winner writes a spanking dare for the loser, which up to 1000 spanks. At least half must be on the ass, but otherwise they can be distributed at the winner's discretion. Winner gets to choose what the loser wears and may assign tasks that can be done to reduce the number of spanks owed. Winner also gets to choose which of the loser's implement/s are assigned to what body part. Winner may also set a time limit and if the loser fails to complete allowed spanks in time, the winner may set a punishment of their choosing. All within limits of course.
