Double diaper then add a mix of a large container of potato/egg salad, one carton cottage cheese, one vegetable soup, some peanut butter, one bag of popcorn, and Coleslaw to the inside one. Add some flour to thicken. Wear the diaper for two die roll hours, but if you wear a thigh length skirt can subtract one hour for every inch you roll up the skirt (min one hour.)
