parental control restrictions and rules

I have installed Salfeld parental control on my pc and phone, and deskman windows security manager on pc.
What rules and restrictions should I have?
Maybe someone wants to be in charge or have good ideas?
Or want to make rules via teamviewer?

Now I'm restricted from using
1 AltF4
2 ALT-TAB
3 Winkey
4 Disabled control pannel and settings
5 Blocked administrative tools: (task manager, regedit, cmd, powershell, mmc)
6 Disallow making changes to the Start Menu
7 Disable search and run on the Start Menu
8 Use safe task manager
9 Hide taskbar clock
10 Disable taskbar settings menu
11 Disable task view
no restrictions have been applied on parental control yet.
pm me if You think I should have some more restrictions and rules

I get some bedtime, and daily time I can spend on pc.
