I plan to up my diaper time to every night (from probably around 11 pm until I have to get up the next morning)

Give me some rules or tasks for me to follow while I am diapered

(Also give me some good brands for diapers because I'm running low!)

An hour before going to bed and just before you go to bed drink 1L of water or a favorite drink. You are not allowed to use the toilet from the time you drink the first glass until after you empty your bladder into the diaper after waking up. For diaper suggestions, if you're in the US, North Shore, Tykables, Rearz (Canada, US). There are a number of others out there too, I just don't have any experience with them.

Take a 500 ml enema hold it while putting on the diaper try and hold it for the night.

Dont know how much liquid the diaper can hold. normally id say 1 liter but that might be to much for the diaper.

Or you could take 1 l of water. Make them into ice cubes and shove them up the ass before you put on the diaper.
