Help me keep my nipple clamps on this weekend!

I'll start things off at 30 minutes.

If you want to add time, please respond to the thread with the amount of time you want to add (Up to 2 hours per response).
If you're feeling really kind, you could even remove time!

There are a couple of milestones with punishments for me:
1 hour total time: I'll write a detailed blog post report
2 hour total time: I'll wear my nipple clamps under my clothes if I need to go out (If there's any time left)
4 hour total time: I'll write "NIPPLE PAIN SLUT" across my chest in permanent marker
8 hour total time: I'll need to get permission from a GD user to use the toilet
12 hour total time: I'll wear my nipple clamps under my clothes if I need to go out (for the whole weekend, regardless of time left)
18 hour total time: I'll sleep with my nipple clamps on for the weekend, and for the week following
20 hour total time: I'll start accepting suggestions for nipple dares or punishments on this thread
24 hour total time: I'll need to get permission from 5 GD users to use the toilet, if I don't get permission I have to wet myself
30 hour total time: I'll have to get permission from 5 GD users to remove my nipple clamps when the time is up. If I don't get permission, they stay on until Monday morning
32 hour total time: I'll submit to any dare or request sent to me over kik or PM when the nipple clamps are on

PM/Kik Dares (To be used whenever my clamps are on):
TURN - And I'll rotate my clamps 90 degrees
FLICK - And I'll flick my clamps for 30 seconds
PLAY - And I'll flick/twist/pull/squeeze my clamps for 3 minutes
SHOES - And I'll hang a pair of shoes from my nipples for 30 minutes (0/5)
LOCK - And I'll lock my clamps on for the duration (0/20)
OUCH - And I'll hit my clamps off after the time is up with a wooden spoon (0/20)
HEAT - And I'll "soothe" my sore nipples with deep heat after the time is up

Another cheeky bump. I'll add another 30 minutes to take me to the "Must wear clips outside" threshold.

Currently spending 2 hours with nipple clamps on at the weekend, make me keep them on longer!

Going to open the PM dares to be used any time when I have the clamps on (instead of after I reach 8 hours total time)
