So I thought I’d share a recent experience of mine. I will write this in stages to give more details and would value feedback for possible future ideas to try. Took about a week for my legs to recover. Shoulders only a couple of days. Had a bit of bruising where I was bent over the bar. That lasted just over a week. Nipples were sore for ages. Went a bit scabby tbh 🤮.
