Thank you Mistress. Here is my report:
After I got home from my run, which I did in a bit over 28 minutes, 1.5 minutes slower than usual, I grabbed a cup of water and went straight to the shower. In which I turned the temp knob to as cold as possible and after undressing, hopped under and turned the shower on.
The first splash was ice cold and shocked me to full senses, after that the water slightly warmed up but was still colder than room temperature, so I might sure it was a quick shower. It's very rare that I take a cold shower even when going to a wellness center....
So after 4 minutes, I was all done and back to warming up by drying off.
