Exercise Dice Dare
Matt: suggested I post this here-some edits were made as some parts were specific to him.
Roll for the first exercise; 1. Your choice-doesn't have to be on the list (How many is section I, how long section II so go to whatever is appropriate.) 2.Jumping jacks (Go to I section) 3.Burpees (Go to I section.) 4.Marching on the spot (Go to II section) 5.Sit-ups(Go to I section) 6.Jogging on the spot (Go to II section) How Many (I) 1.30 2.50 3.10 4.60 5.20 6.90 How Long (II) 1.10 minutes 2.Roll twice and add them together 3.30 minutes 4.20 minutes 5.15 minutes 6.5 minutes How Many Sets 1.3 2.1 3.2 4.1 5.2 6.3 How Many Minutes to Rest in Between Sets Note: You can choose not to rest that long in between sets but you sacrifice the rest for the rest of the sets to whatever amount you stopped at. Ex. You stop resting at ten minutes, ten minutes is all you get between sets for this section now. However, you must rest for at least 5 minutes. Rest after the last set too 1.5 minutes 2.15 minutes 3.10 minutes 4.Do 5 jumping jacks then rest for 5 minutes 5.10 minutes 6.15 minutes Position to be in when resting 1. Your choice 2.Kneeling 3.However you normally would 4.Lie on your back 5.Kneel for 5 minutes, stand for the next 5, kneel for the next 5 and so on 6.On your knees, hands on the ground, forehead on the floor 2nd Exercise 1.Walk around, take a walk etc. Essentially, just be walking 2.Run around, go for a run etc. 3. Whatever you want-must be on the list 4. Your choice but doesn't have to be on the list 5.Same as 2 6.Jog around, go for a jog etc How Long-this even goes if you picked jumping jacks or something 1.10 minutes 2.20 minutes 3.15 minutes 4.5 minutes 5.Roll two dice, add them together, times by 5, there is your amount 6.30 minutes If you got 4 and ended up choosing something like sit-ups, jumping jacks, you may stop if needed but must stop the time and continue. Roll for position to be in for breaks. The 5 minute rule still applies. 1.Hands behind back, head down, knees touching 2.However you normally would 3.Stand-you can fidget, just stay in the same spot 4.Kneeling, hands behind back 5.Footstool position, someone could use you as a footstool if they wished for example 6.Legs, hip length apart, hands by sides, standing up straight How Long you can rest before moving on: Same rules as rest above. Note:If you got 4 on the exercise section, you will rest with the position you rolled (or will roll) above. Otherwise, you can rest normally. 1.5 minutes 2.10 minutes 3.15 minutes 4.5 minutes 5.15 minutes 6. 10 minutes Third Exercise 1.Your choice-no catch 2.Planks (Plank one minute, rest, plank one minute. the one minute rests will not count against you-you must do them 3.Tricep Dips 4.I'll be nice-you're choice-must be on the list 5.Push-ups 6.Crunches If you got planks or the no catch and need the how long section-running, walking etc. How Long 1.5 minutes 2.13 minutes 3.You have two choices-you can override the plank rules and do one as long as you can stand or roll again 4.Your choice-must be on the list 5.Your choice but, a multiple of 5 6.15 minutes If you got anything besides planks or got no catch and need a number. How Many. 1.60 2.30 3.Your choice-a multiple of 5 4.Your choice-a prime number (Can only be divided by one and itself, 2 is the only even prime number) 5. 20 6.Roll two dice and add them together
