Get:
- 4 larger bananas - not too ripe, but not green - cut each banana in half.
- 1 Kotex pad - medium absorbency fine.
- 4 liquid fleet suppositories - not fleet enenmas and not solid glycerin suppositories.
- Lube, when necessary for the roll to be able to slide in.
- Glue (for gluing the pad).
- Diaper, or a couple of towels, plastic bag and tape.

Do:

4: Empty the other two applicators up your rectum.

5: Slip the banana halves tip-first into the butthole, one at a time. This may take a couple of minutes. The first banana will probably completely smush up. Push as much as you can in with a gloved hand.

6: Insert the rolled-up kotex into your quivering and very full rectum. If necessary, use your finger and some lube to push it all the way in. It will not get stuck because of the 4 bananas already inside and the slippery inside.

7: Tightly diaper yourself and finish it off with snug plastic pants.
