Buy a few cans of dog food. Each time before you go out skip brushing teeth and instead thoroughly chew on the dog food. You may swallow but don't have to. Do this with at least half the can and leave straight after that. To determine the lenght of this dare pull up random.org and generate a number between 1 and 12. Why 12? That'd be an entire pack of canned dog food, 13.2 oz each.
