Maybe experiment with rubbing some hot sauce, icy hot, or ice cubes and enjoy a beginner's tingling sensation. A finger can be used to just rub the outside or enjoy a little bit of insertion at the same time. Experiment with different substances. Or maybe just rub a little, or a lot, and then get dressed and go about your day letting it wear off slowly. Just an idea to start with and hopefully someone will build from there.
