Butt plug training

Hi all - I have decided I would like to have another try at training myself to wear a butt plug 24/7. So I have come up with a plan..

I have three plugs, S, M and L.

The S is easy to wear, M is a little difficult, and L is out of bounds now but I have worn it for short periods in the future. Each day I will choose one of the three butt plugs to wear - each one has a minimum daily wear time:
S - 10 hours
M - 5 hours
L - 1 hours

Every week, 1 hour is added to all three minimums. Until I end up having to wear the small (and then the medium one etc) 24/7

BUT I need a way to earn a day off from my plugging regime. This is where you get to vote. You can vote for arousal torment (I am not allowed to cum) or strengthening my PC muscles or both.
