Working again, at home. Ideas?

So I'm finally working again, but working from home. Gotta keep things low key with the family sharing the house, but give me some ideas!

Currently plugged and wearing a wet diaper.

Until you finish your work, drink a cup of water each half hour. You can't pee until you finish your work. If do you pee in the diaper, you won't be able to change until 5 users give you permission (in order to get permissions, you'll DM people offering to complete tasks in exchange of their permission).
