And I can report 40 mule kicks per leg, 20 dog leg raises per leg, and 30 side leg raises. Did them in two sets with more side leg raises in the later since I forget to stop.

I hope I can counter the small muscle ache from yesterday's jogging with friends.
Also did some stretching while at it.

Closing in on finishing the exercises. Next promise, there will be more effect on each of the according keywords.

I started with finishing the exercises. Just 10 mule kicks per leg. But 40 dog leg raises per leg, and 20 side leg raises per leg. I switched between the exercise to make it. Was straining but still okay.

Then I put 30 clothing pegs on my ball sack and starting a digital stop watch, panties and pink sport short leggins over it. Meanwhile, I completed the 14 full deepthroats. Then I started the 1,030 deepthroats via setting it up with MetalHearts deepthroat training app. Took me nearly 20 minutes: 19 minutes 13 seconds. Then I switched to the hold mode: 60 seconds with the first 5 seconds not counting. Starting low, I improved, and finally required only 4 deepthroats to collect the seconds.

I kept the clothing pins on for a total of 42 minutes while watching porn. Exactly the amount needed (calculating while going for a long time). When I pulled the clothing pegs off, my ball sack looked like pinched cookie dough. But otherwise, all looks fine for now. Put on quite some lotion.

That only leaves the walk and chaste task open.

I made a rather short walk due to cold and rain, but still managed 1,617 steps in a very short cherrykeeper.

I am certain Bastet Anabelle's promise is over by now.

I did complete 3,559 steps and then upped it to 7,212 in chastity, which counts as 21,824 steps. Only around 66,000 steps missing.

I now booked my travel next week, and will begin the chastity lock after that.
