How do I get more responses

I've had a few threads that I've started that I was really excited about, but they didn't get very many replies. I was wondering if there are any ways to increase the number of replies a thread recieves. Let me know!

So far I have posted dare in one of your thread, but haven't got any report. That maybe one concern.
Second, sometimes your posting time is something that affects the reply, the more people are online the more chance of getting involved
Third, you should give time to people to get engaged
Four, maybe your threads relate to something those have less interest among the people.
Five, your interaction with people here, the more you interact the more you will get the replies

These all are my understanding though.
