Help me lose weight
Over the last few months I’ve noticed my clothes becoming tighter and tighter. Today I got on a scale and weighed far more than I am comfortable living at. I need some help losing weight. My goal is to be down 20lbs by September 1st and 40lbs by November first.
Would like goals/challenges/fun forfeits. Or if anyone would like to start a weight loss challenge with me would be willing to negotiate a game!
