Yes I do see them as art and a way to express things which one holds dear.

Depends on whom and where. They have to suit the person.

Could be. A nose piercing- no. A genital piercing- yes.

Nope. They can be on the right person with the right tattoo, but on itself nope.

Probably not, as I've some strict rules to prevent that.

see above, but probably less so, as you can remove them easily.

11. Would you ever get rid of tattoo if someone, you like, doesn't like it?
Nope. Doesn't work well and getting scars is not better in my opinion. Also my tattoos are big and therefore nearly imposssible to remove completely woithout a sign. A coverup could be discussed.

Yes.

13. Would you ever get tattoo as a part of dare?
No. Never. Ever. (strict rules...)

14. Would you ever get a piercing as a part of dare?
99% no. It could be possible (like needle play...) as it's easy to remove.

Nope.

Yes, but I've not found a good motive yet. (tattoo)

I'm careful and respectful if I see a tattooed face. Piercings are common - just ear rings relocated

No. it is becoming a fairly common form of body art.

I'm the exact opposite of scared when I see people with any tattoos or unconventional piercings. I'm much more likely to engage in conversation or otherwise interact with them than individuals who don't display any ink actually.

It saddens me that this is even a question in today's culture. But to answer the question, no, not at all. An individual's personal value has absolutely nothing to do with their appearance in any way.
