Get a clear 500+ ml bottle. Fill it with pee and add a scoop of a drink powder. (Gatorade, lemonade, etc.) Now go spend at least 1 hour outside, waking, running, hiking, anything physically active. You must finish the bottle while you are out, and if you need to pee before getting back it must all go into the bottle, and also be drunk before going back inside.
