Default My daily exercise in your control

Hi, I’m looking for some kinky exercises to do! I have a gym and pool membership and space at home to do things too, I also live near a park and a race track. Hidden public is fine but won’t do anything too obvious. I’ll do any exercises, according to how you say! Every 2 days pump your pussy for 20mn then go for a run wearing your bullet vibe on 2, a crotch rope, light coloured shorts (the tighter the better), rubber bands on your nipples and a sport bra.

Wait until you really need to pee. Now it is time for naked yoga. Do a 30 minute session.

If you need to pee for any reason during this you can, but you'll have to start the yoga from the beginning.

If you do have to stop to pee however, you must give yourself a golden shower, all over. You can only clean up when you have completed the full session.

I was thinking the squatting part you should be doing with a tray in your hand and a glass full of water in it to force you to go slowly.

Planking with long clothespins on is a fun bit of self torture. I dare you to time yourself: how long can you plank before dropping to the floor which you should do suddenly. Now, in your tired state, you have to alternate between resting on the pins or planking, and you should keep the pins on (reapplying at 90 degrees off if they fall) until your total plank time is 3 times the amount you stayed up the first time.

I did this just after waking up, I normally go to the toilet first thing in the morning so I already needed a piss. I've never done yoga before so I followed a half hour yoga tutorial on YouTube. I put the video on and, already wanting to give up and go to the toilet, I began to follow the tutorial. At first the relaxingness of yoga helped me to focus and the urge to pee mostly disappeared, however after some positions requiring me to open my hips up and some rocking back and forth actions the urge quickly rose again and by about 20 minutes in I was shaking I needed to pee so much. However I kept it in for the last 10 minutes and was so relieved when I could finally go to the toilet. Thankyou for this I found it really exciting and it was nice to try yoga, even though I did nearly have to give myself a golden shower. I'll try and do this every morning when I wake up!

I did this this morning after my naked yoga session and really enjoyed it. I just did this one, this one I found pretty hard, I've got such a low pain tolerance on my nipples haha. I attached the clothes pins to my nipples and this already hurt then I got into a plank and started a stopwatch. the clothes pins pulled down on my nipples and occasionally touched the floor which made it hurt more. I'm not overly good at planks either and collapsed after 1 minute 12, the pain increasing as I collapsed on the clothes pins, I laid there for a few moments before starting the stopwatch again and went in cycles like this until I got to 3 minutes 36. when thinking about it this actually isn't that long but it felt like forever. this is definitly an exercise I need to improve and will do this every day, hopefully improving my planks and my nipple pain tolerance! thanks!
