How do YOU decide the winner in "Loser Has To..."?

Just curious as to what method others use for this!

Do you flip a coin?
Always pick the second person?
Pick whoever you think deserves to lose?
Make your friends lose?
Something else?

Personally, I always roll a die - if it's odd, the first player wins. If it's even, the second player wins. I enjoy making it a game of chance!

Puppy rolls a dice too, Lowest and highest range is what I take. But could also go with odd and even next time and look what their post number is. odd to odd, even to even.

Puppy is sorry for the next part as he has to beg for more PM- dares. please send puppy more. He likes the very much, or joint the Party it is very fun up there. If you happen to send puppy some, please tell him if you want some back.

Sometimes I like to make it a game of chance. However, i tend to use a coin as i usually have one around.
Other times, I may well just judge by who i think should loose.

Though with my friends, it would depend on what they like, would they want to win or loose and whether or not I just want to mess with them :-P
