Poll: Should I glue the lock of my chastity cage?

You guys can decide now on what I will do with the lock to my chastity. I locked up today and Im at your mercy.

I am going for no, maybe a bit of a spoilsport but let me explain.
If you would put glue in it or throw away the keys, you need to break it open or try to fix it at some point. You are not going to keep it on forever so you will probably end up freeing yourself a lot faster.

What would be better is sending the keys on a looong journey, either send them on the mail to a PO box far away so you need to get the keys yourself or to someone to keep them for you. You could also dig a hole somewhere and bury them there so you need to get them when you are getting truly desperate.

But putting glue in locks, I've tried and it doesn't really work out that well.

I agree with emily. It's probably a very bad idea with no escape. The ideas she gave are much better options in my opinion

Oh, you people are really nice to me so far. I didnt expect that from the outcome of other polls. I also like the idea of digging a hole and putting the key inside. Depending on the size of the hole and its location, this could be already very difficult. But I'll keep the poll open.

How about putting the key in an envelope addressed to yourself, no return address. If you mail it at the end of the day on Friday it should take a good 4-5 days to get it back. Each day you can touch yourself through the cage for at least 1 hour a day. Let's hope your postal service is competent....

The only other thing I have seen a lot if people have like half an hour periods for them to shower and clean themselves. Sending the keys away with a cage that may not be easily cleanable could lead to health problems. So it might be better to find someone online or in real life that can hold you responsible for putting the cage back on after you clean. Although this is not my area of expertise so you might b able to go longer without cleaning, but it does not seem like a good idea.

I think this really depends on the type of cage. Integrated lock or security screw, no. Little padlock. Go for it. I've JB Welded my lock in the past.

It is a little padlock. So it should be ok, glueing it. So far its a very close decision between doing it or not. I might have to glue it. I'll leave this thread open until the 12th of June at noon.

Very bad idea if you ask me. I think it's always good to have an emergency escape and this sounds like it's going to be very hard to get free.

So, in 14 hours the thread is over. Glueing the lock and throwing away the keys is 4 votes ahead. So I guess despite all the comments that'll be the final outcome. So any last comments or suggestions?

You can do whatever you want. It's just the internet, and some people may or may not have the knowledge or forethought on what they are doing may be a mistake and back out. And that's ok.

However if you want to glue your lock on i can bet on some point you will be destroying the cage and or lock to get out of it. It's not hygienic, and even after a week in my cage it can get pretty rancid smelling even with trying to clean it very thoroughly.


Make a new poll with suggestions on how to lock yourself and your keys instead.

A little advice on how a lot of people on this site operate them. A lot of them vote for the worse scenario possible even if it is unsafe. A lot of people do not consider safety levels when considering someone else tasks. You never have to do anything you do not want to. Not because of a poll, not because of a person. Consent is huge.

As I said above and someone else said, hygiene is important. You need to have a cleaning time set up every day or ever so often to unlock. Some people manage this by giving the key to a friend and then they come over for the half an hour unlock you and then lock you back up. Some people have the self control. Some people have someone online to keep them in check. You have to find what works to you.

Final note it is always better to go slow and easy on the first go. Do not try to take on a large task if you do not know how you will react to it first. Trial it. If you do end up deciding to glue the lock shut, set up a similar lock on the belt while you are not wearing it, glue it shut and then see if you can get it off. That way you will know the way out in an emergency situation. But I still say dont do it.
