Sharing Facebook pictures of people with people they do not know endangers there safety and this a invasion of there privacy.

People don't understand how much you can get from just a picture. It will like them to there Facebook and other things that may not want people to find out so please please for the good of your so called Facebook friends or real friends STOP sharing thease picture.

I'm not really fussed about peoples security and privacy but I think it's really creepy to post pictures without them knowing.

what if your were stalked or harassed by some one you did not know then found out it was because one of your friends shared you fb stuff

people who do that are no relay friends and should be considered a threat most people care about the friends and would care about the privacy and security

I agree. Recently, a couple of "FB friends ranked by X" albums have popped and, frankly, if they are members' real friends, it's out of order if the people in the photos don't know. I don't think gD mods should approve them either, but the responsibility is down to the members doing the uploading. It's fucking creepy.

I agree, I don't upload any of my friends pictures without their consent. The creepers have been creeping lately with all these new albums

Not really, I don't know who approved them and it's not something that I approve so I removed them and the thread in hopes to prevent this from happening in the future. A message has also been posted in the mod area

Guys this is till relivent please stop posting Facebook dares and other socal media sites, the pictures are not yours to post.

If your righting something on your facebook or chainging facebook picture on YOUR account if fine but NEVER use other peoples pictures or contenct is most western countries it is a crime for one but its just plain disrepectfull

Old thread but I agree that this is pretty creepy and out of whack. Only takes a reverse image search and you've lumped your friends into something they (probably) want no part in.

Yes, a reverse image search that makes it even easier too find out who you are. Really foolish in my opinion. Foolish, creepy, and disrespectful

I always see FB dares in "Person Above" games.

Just a few examples of ones that I think are disrespectful and risk people's identities and the main reason, safety:
1. "Print of a pic of a fb friend you have attracted. Take it to a public bathroom and go into a stall and cum on it. Leave the pic on the bathroom floor."
2. "Send me a pic of three of your sexiest Facebook friends. I'll PM you a dare for each of them."
3. "Send me a pic of three of your hottest female Facebook friends. I will tell you which to make your avatar for a week, which one to share five more pics with me, and which one to give me more specific and personal information on." (Extremely risky, how the fuck is this okay)

I have never and will never condone the use of other's Facebook images to send to strangers.

Surely, I cannot speak for the gD Staff members, right? Or can I... Nah, but anyway. I once reported an album with Facebook friends of the album poster. The album title was something along the lines of: Sexy Facebook girls, or What would you do with her?. The album got removed.

Even right now, an album with Facebook girls is online (on the first page). If everyone just reports it, it'll be done with, I'm sure. Unfortunately, recently, none of the gD Staff members do any cleaning or remove posts on getDare regardless of the reports. With one exception of a few days ago.
