I continue to listen to the file. Somewhere over 8 times. Two nights in a row I listed as I went to sleep. One night it was thee in a row. Last night I fell asleep with it on loop so I do not know how many times it played over and over. We'll see what happens.

Ready to go - So many times I have listened
I think I am ready now. I fell asleep listening on repeat for the last two nights.
I know I was awake but really relaxing for the first two times through both nights. Then I awoke briefly an hour or so later stopping the file. I would guess at least 5 times through each night.
