Punishments for not following rules

About two weeks ago, my daddy gave me two rules; 'No touching without him there/without permission' and 'No cumming without permission', but I've not been following these rules..

At all.
I've been touching myself almost every night and have cum multiple times.

I was hoping you guys could give me some punishments for not following these rules.

Daddy is a soft dom, and afraid to punish me in ways other than cornertime because he doesn't want to hurt me, but I feel like cornertime is ineffective and something more is needed.

Any punishments are welcome as long as you follow my limits.
I'll show them to daddy and let him choose the ones he thinks will be best.

(Side note; We're long distance, so they'd have to be punishments that I can do to myself.)
