Can't Search for certain words

I was just wondering why I can't search for certain words, like face or head. It comes up with error http 500. Just wondered what was going on.

I've found the same thing with stuff like "dare". I'd always assumed it was something to do with the server returning too many results.

I had the same problem earlier today with "Pet play" or something like that.

But then I changed it to something like "kitten" and I was able to search.

But then I just went to google and typed "getDare pet play ideas" And got exactly what I was looking for! Yay google!

You can't search words that are shorter than 4 letters, so "pet play" just turns into "play" which runs into the problem in the OP, whatever that may be.

As a solution, googling "site:getdare.com something" is the easiest workaround to it!

On a related note, did you know that the word ******* is forbidden on gD? Try it! Just type ******* - and preview your post to see a beautiful line of stars!

Does anyone know if there are other forbidden words that are automagically censored?

If I were trolling you, I'd reply *******.

But I'm not. An *******er is (typically) a browser extension that stops you from seeing ads. Let's see if this work: A d b l o c k . Yay.

I am told it was a default/test item in (some older version of?) vBulletin's Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Censorship Options.
