Enemas: someone to help me?
Good morning everyone!!
Recently I have been given a dare in which I have to take an enema and hold it for 20+ minutes. I am truly interested in doing the dare, because it sounds overall amazing, but I have never done an enema before (tried it once, but only as first contact and didn't even hold it in longer than a couple of mins) so I actually need a bit of info/help regarding it. · What is the best way (position) to get the enema? · Any recommended water temperature? · What exactly are the crampings? Should I be worried about them in terms of health or safety? · Are there any precautions I should take regarding the enema? · Any other suggestions to do it?

It's not a health or safety issue unless you have a hernia or have had recent abdominal surgery · Are there any precautions I should take regarding the enema? Expect to have to poop a lot when it comes out and for a water or salt and water enema up to 30 minutes or so after I'd stay near a toilet. · Any other suggestions to do it? Add 2 level tablespoons of table salt per quart to create an enema that will be as neutral to your body as possible.
