Hmm I like that idea,

you will wear a pair of leggings for the full week no removing them at all, you may only dislodge them for 5 minutes at the start of odd numbered hours to go to the toilet. You may wear shorts over them but nothing longer than mid thigh.

Also make sure the leggings are brightly coloured.

I am already in mine for a week, so feel free to add to that
