if its mostly fat, go on a watter based diet for and maybe surgery
if its just my being heavier and not looking any different (magic) then go to the doctor to check if it will impact my life in any way then decide, might not do anything

what would you do if you ended up in the 300 BCE as (just streight up time treveled with what you had on you with no way back)
