Firstly you're going to be taking a 2l enema and you're going to hold it for at least 10 minutes, then you're going to lie down in the bath (or similar) so your head is in a position lower than your hole. I would suggest you position yourself with your back against the side of the wall/tub/shower cubicle if not a safety issue for you. Once in position slide part of the tube inside your asshole (an inch or two will suffice) and ensure the other end is directly above your face. If done right I assume the effect will be fairly rapid...If you want to make this less grim on yourself I have some compromises:
