Agreed. That is very hard. Be careful.
I don't know about where you live but here the only thing that would save you would be summer, when the water warms up a fair bit.
For fall-winter-spring our water temps would (if hot water off completely) take anything from 125 to 200+ showers of 2-5 minutes. Longer than that is impossible in winter (water down to 4C-5C) and in spring and fall 5 minutes is pretty long.
