This dare is inspired by the Wedgie Training Program. I think there should be more training dares on getdare, so I'm making a start.

Welcome to the Denial Training Program. In this program you will be trained in being denied for extended periods of time and at the end you can choose to give up orgasms all together! This dare can be configured to be done at your own speed. Every week you will be given information about allowed methods of pleasure. There will be tests at the end of every week. There is a system for determining if you have obeyed enough extra rules. This is optional, ignore this if you are not following the extra rules. Record your number of extra rules followed and your number of punishments.

Starting the program
To start the program edge once. While on the edge say "I pledge to follow the Denial Program and will not pleasure myself unless allowed."

Week 1
The amount of pleasure you get this week depends on luck and your normal masturbation habits.

Allowed masturbation time: any

Allowed techniques + required rules: any

Allowed orgasms:
Depend on you often you usually masturbate:
0-4 times per week: 3
5-9 times per week: 5
10+ times per week: 7
You may not orgasm more than once per day.

Extra rules (optional):
SPH: Masturbate for 30 seconds, measure your length. For every inch away from 7 inches (an acceptable length), treat it as if you normally orgasm one less time (e.g. if you would normally orgasm 7 times per week (5-10 category) but have a tiny 4 inch penis you would subtract 3. This would put you in the 0-4 category).
Messy: At least half of your orgasms must be in the underwear. After every orgasm wear the underwear for at least an hour.

Test:
At the end of the week, roll 2 d6 and edge that many times. If you cum, roll for a punishment then restart the dare.

Week 2
Orgasms are earned by edges.
Allowed masturbation time: 30 minutes per day.

Allowed techniques + required rules: You may not use your dominant hand.

Allowed orgasms:
Roll one d6, edge that many times, then you may orgasm. Every time after that you must multiply the roll by the number of orgasms you've had this week +1 and edge that many times before cumming. (e.g. the second time you cum you must times by 2 the third time you must times by 3 etc)

Week 3
Orgasms are earned by watching porn without masturbating.
Allowed masturbation time: 20 minutes per day (doesn't include pron watching if not touching).

Allowed techniques + required rules: You may not directly touch your penis (skin to skin) at all this week.

Allowed orgasms:
For every 30 minutes of watching porn without touching, you are allowed one orgasm.

Extra rules (optional):
SPH: If you are less than 6 inches, you must constantly have the word "TINY" written on your dicklet in pink.
Chasity: Wear a chastity cage when not masturbating.

You may not use your hands to stimulate your penis in anyway. You can hump or anal yourself, but no touching your penis.

<4 inches: you may not remove your chastity cage when cumming
<5 inches: swallow all cum
<6 inches: when cumming have your legs over your head

Test:
If you made it through this week without cumming, you passed the test. Otherwise, do an extra punishment and go back to week 3.

Week 5

Test:
Get as close as you can to the edge following the same rules. If you cum, go back to week 4 and roll for 3 punishments.

Week 6
Your final week of testing

Ultimate Test:
On the last day of the week, watch porn for 3 hours without touching. Then hump for 3 hours and edge 50 times (keep going past the 3 hours if you don't get the edges done in time). If you don't cum in this time, congratulations! Move on to the next section. If you cum, do 5 punishments and go back to week 3.

Ending
Your ending depends on your success during the dare.

If you are following extra rules:
Subtract the number of extra rules you followed from 20. If you got less than this number punishments, move to the success section. Otherwise, perform every punishment and restart the dare.

If you aren't following extra rules:
If you got less than 10 punishments, move to the success section. Otherwise, perform every punishment and restart the dare.

Punishments
Roll 2 d6.

10. You must wear the same panties for the next week with no washing.
11. Pause the dare, spend 30 days in chastity with no stimulation of any kind.
