You must wake up no later than 6am and must stay in bed for 1 hour before you can get up
Notes: If you need to use the toilet before you are allowed to get up you have 2 choices - You can either go in your bed or use the toilet but you will then have to dip your hands in the toilet for 2 minutes before you flush and not wash them for 20 minutes.
Your relaxation activity is excercising. You must simply do 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, 20 squat thrusts and 20 star jumps. If you have jogging trousers and/or a sports top you must change into this first and keep it on until bedtime. Do this once per day.
If you get changed during the day at home you must get changed with the doors shut and the curtains/blinds open and cannot cover yourself.
Undies: Briefs of the opposite gender.
Wear to bed: A nappy/diaper or very childish and colourful pajamas. If unavailable throw again. (if you do this you must wet yourself during the night if you feel the need to pee)
Bed time: 10pm
Use the toilet as much as you like
Must pee sitting down with the door unlocked
Must squat over the toilet and not actually sit down
May use a maximum of ten squares
Shower once per week :/
Must shower sitting down
Must wear underwear and t shirt in the shower
May brush normally but must wash mouth out with toilet water
Must have cereal for breakfast
Must eat lunch sitting on the floor
Must eat dinner from a bowl on a floor using only your mouth
Must stay out doors for an hour
Dare to last ten days

I'm not used to getting up at 6 or sleeping at 9 so this will be interesting, a good idea and i hope you do more also eating noodles out of a bowl with only my mouth is gonna be interesting

At least I should get a clean room out of this

Okay i got:.
