Go to, find or make a mud puddle in the morning, then take off your socks and shoes and get your feet good and muddy, then losing as little mud as possible get socks back on over the muddy feet, the more clumps the better, then put your shoes back on and go about the rest of your day normally, you can't remove your socks until your ready for bed but you can take off your shoes if you like.
