Really not getting enough steps or exercise in. Worrying. Think I might change missed calorie goals to -2 in future, as with so little exercise I'm able to do, it becomes even more important to watch what I eat. We'll see.

Omg, I am such an idiot. I was already doing terribly at this (28 points), and I just realized I am going on vacation for 5 days before this ends. I might finish with less than 50 points :sob:.

Okay, over goal equals negative one, sleep and water is plus two so that equals one which is 28.
