Changing Unsernames?

I’m trying to find a way to change my username (not nickname but actual username)?

When I made this account I just used the username I used for everything else, but now I realize that everyone I know irl has me on some form of social media and I always have the same username. I don’t want anyone (especially an employer or family member) to find me here, you know?
