I've done being a housepet 24/7 and eating from a pet bowl, but I've never tried living in a cage. I'd certainly try though. The rest of them are things I probably would not do.

Most of the stuff you listed sounds fun actually - given the condition that the people around you are also kinky so that it is not embarrassing what you are doing.
But some of them seem to be really heavy and I'd have concerns that it is unhealthy (like 3 days in a cage, piercings, tattoos etc...)
