EDITED to add instructions about position for edges (any additional keywords below do not count):

Get into the shower and put the water on. Put your suction cup dildo (you can choose which one) on the wall a little below waist level and back into it until it's fully inside you. You should be beneath the water spray. Now bend at waist level and put one hand on the ground / opposite wall / whatever works in your shower, for support.
