Cover the e-stim buttplug with toothpaste and insert into your ass. Sit on a chair and bind your legs so that you cannot move. Turn the e-stim onto the highest tolerable setting and then one more on top of that. If already at max setting, then max time will be increased. Now bind your arms behind you and wait for 30 minutes. Hi, I got around to doing this and it was a very good punishment. The volume on the audio stim program I was using jumped up half way through and it felt like being raped. Also, the toothpaste made it harder because my body wanted to push out the plug, so I ended up tensing while getting shocked in my ass. 10/10

Got around to doing this, sorry it's around a year late
I took a large enema from a shower hose and inserted the plug, then quickly pumped it until I was full, then added a few more pumps to be sure . Immediately I started cramping and my body was trying to push out the plug. I put on the humbler and went on all fours in the bathtub. Every time I felt like I was going to push out the plug, i added more pumps until I couldn't push out the plug if I tried. The cramps kept getting worse but I made it to half and hour without any leaks. Thank you x
