Help with a butt plug punishment and maybe more??

So I have been a brat recently and think making myself wear a butt plug will force me to really think about my actions especially while I’m wearing it. I’ve worn one before but it’s been a long time.

I am going to go to the store and buy multiple sizes. I need help deciding what size and how long my punishment should be and what else I should do during my punishment.

I work from home and am alone during the day just not alone at night. I have some basic nipple clamps and I have suction cups that can suction my clit and nipples as well. If you post other ideas soon I can get other things at the store when I get my butt plugs.

Limits: public, permanent damage, Needles, scat, pictures

Consider getting a metal plug and put it in the refridgerator befor usage. More might follow when I have ideas

As I have no idea how severe your 'brattyness' was I suggest a medium seized one. Since you work alone at home you have to wear one suction cup at the beginning of work on your clit for 15 minutes. After you take it off no touching until you finished work that day. As your mouth will most likely have caused the brattyness consider getting a gag to avoid such situations in the future.
