Pick a medium length route. One that is easy to walk on.

Now measuring the length between the front side of you back foot and the back side of your front foot while walking. Now halve that distance and tie your ankles together with a rope that long.

Here is a dare similar to the previous one , but more daring :

When the sun is falling down, take your car and drive to a city not too far but quite big (not yours so you won't be caught by someone you know normally). Let the car outside the city, like 15 min of walk to enter the city.
