Hmmmm. Honestly, I haven't had too many tasks I've found embarrassing/tasks.
I think the worst would be needing to piss into a bottle, jerk off into the bottle then drink it.

Indeed, cricket is a sport. I personally find it extremely dull to watch but backyard cricket or at a beach/park in summer as a kid was pretty fun, but proper cricket certainly is a sport. Golf is apparently a sport, but cricket is more like baseball and actually is quite physical with the running (as opposed to walking or carting around and hitting a ball on a course).
I can confirm bats to ball is quite effective, and also bats to the head also is effective, that poor teacher copping one to the face that day lmao.
