You have to drink minimum 5 liters (around 10 pints) of water in the next 48 hours (i.e. an average of 2.5 liters a day) but you can pee only in the last 10 minutes of every odd hour. You also have to do two single sessions of 100 squats each in this duration and they have to be in the even hours only.

Also edge once just before (has to be within 15 minutes) you pee every time for these two days so make sure you plan it such that you don't miss your pee slot!!
