In that case we start off slow. Maybe getting you to tie your ankles to a separate table legs with scarves. So that your legs are spread and you can't easily escape.

Or perhaps ankles together and wrists together and get you to lie face down on an electric toothbrush and see if that can bring you to orgasm.

I used the handle of a brush, when i was younger. But besides that, no.
