It depends on how crazy the dare is. I am likely to do a dare as long as it meets a certain level of my interest and compliance to my likes/limits. If I am horny, the compliance still is necessary, but the potential to be done increases. At a certain point, even if it seems really interesting and compliance is there, if the dare/tasks has a high risk value, then it may or may not be done. Although the idea I may still masturbate to as it's still a highly enticing idea.

It may just be that things seem less scary when you're with a friend, but I also seem to become less shy, less easily embarrassed.
